I represent a large company. Being a small firm, why should I choose Ser-Mas instead of others?

We are flexible and adjustable. We have worked with all kinds of customers, from individuals to major corporations, and in the end we are sure we have a breakthrough in our technology. In many instances, big companies have asked us to make a pilot test, and in all of them we end up being hired. We offer that to you free of charge.

What certifies Ser-Mas technology and method?

Our CEO, Jorge Peláez, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Other consultants have worked in the consultancy market for over 10 years. We are not an academic only company; our methods and technology have been validated by many companies the size of Shell, Coca-Cola, Grupo Modelo and others. Jorge Peláez is a Chemical engineer with an MBA, several titles in administration and has been certified by the Institute of manager’s consultants in the United States of America as a manager’s consultant.

What is exactly that you assess?

We have a battery of over 50 questionnaires that have been applied to more than 600 managers, so we do not create them in order to test or judge anyone. We diagnose a person’s abilities in 10 different competencies by applying these questionnaires and interpreting them with our technology. We tailor make every work because no customer is equal to another.

What exactly is 4T6P?

It is a workbook that, after being applied, helps people to better understand their position, their job, and the way they manage many of their decisions and interactions when doing it. It is based on the idea that everyone is an expert in his or her job. This easy to apply process improves focus and understanding of our role.
